Training Packages

Basic Installation & Employee Training

With the Basic Installation Service Package you receive the following:

A cost-effective solution that meets both present and anticipated future accounting and reporting needs of the company.

A professional QuickBooks® software installation and company setup, which includes the following:

  • Company Information
  • Chart of Accounts Setup
  • Operation Preferences Setup
  • Vendor and Customer Setup and Instruction*
  • Opening balances* entered from client information
  • Bank Reconciliation Preparation
  • Basic Financial Reports Customization

*Clients are responsible for individual data entry, customer and vendor detail information and entry of individual account balances. QuickBooks® Advisor will provide instruction and examples.

One-Hour on-site instruction conducted by an expert on the following processes:

  • How to enter bills
  • How to pay bills
  • How to print checks
  • How to enter invoices
  • How to receive payments
  • How to make deposits

Hardware and software not included. Package rates are based on standard installations on systems, which have the recommended hardware, with enough space and memory to adequately and properly load and run the software with no conflicts.

*Payment Terms: Total amount due at the time of installation or two payments of $247.50 with Visa or MasterCard.

Quarterly Analysis

$295 - $495

With the Quarterly Analysis you receive the following:

A way to catch processing or setup errors periodically, to ensure the accuracy of management reports.

An analysis of your company's QuickBooks® quarterly data will include the following:

  • Running diagnostic routines on QuickBooks® reports
  • Analyzing subsidiary account balances
  • Analyzing transactions and general ledger postings
  • Analyzing bank reconciliations
  • Recommending changes to transaction allocations
  • Analyzing and recommending changes to the chart of accounts

At the end of the analysis a three-part report will be prepared detailing the following information:

  • Overall rating of the health of your data
  • Changes that we have made to the file
  • A list of errors detected by our analysis

Our analysis is not designed or intended to detect errors, fraud, or illegal acts. However, we will inform you of any material errors that come to our attention and any fraud or illegal acts that come to our attention, unless they are clearly inconsequential.
